Synthetic Spaces was chosen as a recipient of the Porter Art+ Project Grant 2013 and installed during "single use, disposable." at the Sesnon Underground Gallery, 2013.

The light pod emits full spectrum light, which is equivalent to sunlight and are used in treatment of Seasonal Effective Disorders for their healing benefits. The light pod also emits low frequencies that have been used in scientific studies to reduce headaches, muscle tension and fatigue.
