Venus was modeled after Venus of Willendorf in size and design. The Venus of Willendorf was a nomadic deity of fertility and sexuality and womanhood. Venus of the Earth activates the Venus figure with live soil, bacteria, and wheatgrass. This work embodies the fertility, life and death of the body, the female figure and the preciousness of life.
